Shipping & Returns

Shipping
Free US shipping on orders over $50.

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from North Carolina within 3-4 business days. Orders are shipped through UPS and will include UPS delivery tracking.

For US domestic shipping, it can take anywhere between 1-5 business days in transit.

During high volume seasons, such as Christmas and Black Friday, it may take an additional 2-3 days.

If your order is time-sensitive, please contact me at contact@deckandadorn.com before you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

Before submitting your order, please verify that your shipping address is correct. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses. If an incorrect shipping address is provided, customers are responsible for all reshipping fees associated with the order.


Returns
It’s important to us that you love your purchase. However, we offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to submit a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To begin the return process, please contact us at contact@deckandadorn.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your package. Please note, items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. If your order was damaged during the shipping process, please keep all original packaging and contact the shipping carrier immediately for further instructions. We’ll work with you to promptly evaluate the situation.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom products, including special orders or personalized items, are not eligible for return. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific items, please reach out to us.

Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once we receive and accept your return, you can place a new order for the new item.


Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price, minus shipping.

Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@deckandadorn.com.


Cancellations
Unfortunately, we cannot accept order cancellations once an order has been placed. If you decide you no longer want the item, you may return it once received, in accordance with our return policy.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return postage if returning an item due to cancellation request. You must use a trackable shipping service to ensure your cancellation return is received. For any questions or concerns, please contact us at contact@deckandadorn.com.
